* Appointment times are approximate only because each patient requires individulized attention.
* The office tries to run as on-time as possible.
* We will have a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than the 15 minutes late- you may be asked to reschedule for a later time.
* Generally phone calls are returned within 24 hours.
* Prescriptions are generally electronically prescribed. Please allow 72 hours(business days) for refills. Call your pharmacy first for refills, they will forward your request to us. Please make sure your preffered pharmacy is updated each visit.
* Co-pays must be paid at time of service.
